An experienced Progress Management project manager bolstered and supervised the PETERS SURGICAL in-house teams, providing invaluable support in their IFS ERP implementation project (Finance, Control, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Sales).
A realistic time frame was established to relaunch the project, which had digressed from the initial schedule, and the various teams involved were unified around a shared objective.
Agile coordination made it possible to prioritize, guide, and follow up everyone’s tasks to ensure project milestones were completed on time. The new system was successfully deployed at the three French sites within the projected deadlines.

To further the development of the Cooperative’s seeds business, particularly internationally, and to support the reorganization of the business unit, a feasibility and opportunity study examined the modernization and streamlining of the existing information system by implementing a Core Model solution based on the SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
This analysis, carried out by the business and IT teams, made it possible:
- To describe the target solution: the processes covered and their criticality, the target application mapping needed to integrate the related applications and interfaces
- To produce a benchmark with SAP user organizations in the same business
- To define and size the target technical architecture for SAP S/4 HANA
- To define the implementation road map and procedure: the subdivision and overall scheduling of the project, the project methodology and organization
- To evaluate the budget for the project, including recurring costs and options: External functional and technical implementation costs / Internal costs / Change management / Technical infrastructure, hosting, and facilities management / SAP licenses and software maintenance / Outsourced third-party application maintenance.
